I was 55 when I started my coaching sessions with Sonia for my A.S. It’s an auto-immune disease that in my case has effected my spine. When I’m going through an episode, I cannot bend my back. I was recommended by my doctor to see a nutritionist as I started to gain weight as I was post menopausal too.
