4 Sessions Over a Month Once a Week.
You’re wondering; how will health sessions be conducted?
Our first session together will be a health history. I will ask you specific questions about your digestion, menstrual cycle, daily diet and habits. You will also tell me about your symptoms and diagnosis. From this info, I will recommend recipes from the E-book, and any lifestyle changes that you can benefit from whilst focusing on and achieving your health goals.
Our following sessions will be about digging-deeper into the root causes of your hormone imbalances, and or gut dysbiosis. Could they be the cause of your weight-gain? Could impulsive eating patterns or sugar cravings be telling you something that you’ve been ignoring. Why do you get that migraine and what else can be done about it? What does it mean to have chronic inflammation?
I will recommend recipes every week for the monthly package and monitor your changing lifestyle habits. If you prefer single sessions each time then we will do that in the next session.
For the monthly package that you purchase, we will have weekly hourly sessions online, and you will have access to message me via WhatsApp anytime you need to ask a question in between sessions or anything about the recipes I’ve recommended to you. Often clients like to ask questions about what they can eat if they’re out at a restaurant. You can do that too within the monthly package.
