Chopped paneer/tofu in squares 200g
A handful of broccoli florets ( frozen/defrosted)
1 tomato julienned and deseeded.
1/4 Pink salt
1/4 Black pepper
1/4 Cumin powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
In a wok, heat 2tbsps sesame oil.
First add the broccoli and stir for a minute.
Then add the chopped paneer and tomato julienne. Stir for 10 seconds. Now add all the spices one by one. And keep on stirring till paneer is golden.
Turn off the heat and enjoy with kimchi on the side.
To make it autoimmune friendly, substitute paneer/tofu with mushrooms or a piece of chicken.
