2 eggs beaten
A 3/4 cup of shredded white cabbage
2 tbsps of chopped chives or spring onions
Coriander powder
Pink salt
Black pepper
Cumin powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 tbsps sesame oil
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the spices and shredded cabbage and chives
On a low heat, heat 2 tbsps of sesame oil in a shallow pan. Pour in the mixture and then flip over and brown other side.
Slice the omelette into squares for easy eating and dip each piece into soya sauce with chop sticks.
