
Protein- Chocolate-banana and peanut smoothie – Breakfast
- 1 scoop protein powder. (Vanilla or chocolate).
- 1 tbsp dark unsweetened cacao powder.
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of water
- Ice cubes
Blend 2 mins high speed.
Enjoy as a pre-or post workout meal.
