
Protein-fruit of the forest- smoothie – Breakfast
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla).
- A handful of frozen mixed berries.
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 tbsps fresh unsweetened yogurt dairy or coconut.
- 1 cup of water or 1 cup of coconut milk if auto-immune minus the dairy yogurt.
- Ice cubes.
Blend 2 mins on high speed.
Yes you can enjoy the entire contents! It’s one meal!
