Sabah Ahmed is a Law graduate and lives in London. Shes 21 years old. She adopted a muscle-centric fitness routine with weight-training and cardio during the pandemic years and doesn’t miss training no matter how busy her schedule. Leading a mobile life, (opposed to sedentary) is her main health goal.
7 Burning Questions is a series of questions for real-life women who have many roles to play and are faced with obstacles daily. They are interested in keeping their health practices a priority. Hopefully these fitness stories will inspire you to make time for your health goals and become mindful of the ones that don’t serve you anymore.
7 Burning Fitness Questions:
1. What do you eat for breakfast? Why ? And at what time?
Usually a cup of coffee with oat milk and some fruit before the gym - around 8:30am.
2. What do you eat for your last meal? Why? And at what time?
Usually a protein source, roast veggies and a complex carb eg potatoes and then a bowl of fruit.
3. How do you fit in exercise into your daily schedule?
I workout in the morning before I start my day or go in the afternoon after I do a bit of work.
4. What is your biggest fear for your health ?
Loss of mobility in old age.
5. List 3 of your health goals, starting with the most important.
Maintain a healthy mindset around food/exercise, build more calisthenics strength and improve my hair health.
6. What is your worst habit that you wish you could get rid of?
Picking at my skin and scars.
7. What’s your favourite fitness bio-hack?
Incorporating bodyweight exercises after a weighted set to further fatigue muscles.

“I am a Nutrition and Being-Well Coach. My training is from IIN in NYC in Holisitc Health Counselling. I started my private practice in 2017 and as I gained clientele, I wanted to delve deeper in to the root causes of bad health whilst helping women reach their weight loss goals.
I earned 3 more certifications from IIN in Gut Health, Hormone Health and then later one in The Psychology of Food.
