
In a medium teapot, add about 5 cut strands of fresh ginger, and a stick of cinnamon. Pour hot boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let infuse for 5 mins. If you like you can add lemongrass to the infusion before steeping.
After its has steeped, you can chill it with ice cubes to drink add a squeeze of lemon. Drink warm as you desire. Have at least 4 glasses a day.
