Auto-immune friendly and utterly hormone/gut friendly Chia-seed Porridge
- 2 tbsps of chia seeds
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
- 1/8 tsp cardomom powder
- I/8 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 banana mashed in
In a small cooking saucepan, add all of these ingredients. Turn on the heat on low and stir till it comes to a boil. The chia seeds should have expanded.
Now pour the entire contents into a cereal bowl. Top with fresh or frozen blueberries. The blueberries will melt in with the heat. Add a tbsp of raw honey on top.
Enjoy for breakfast.
