Undercut Beef 200g steaks are the best for this recipe. Once you chop them into small pieces, they will cook and be tender on just 10 minutes. There’s no need to sweat over that grill for your steak. Chop, and stir-fry. Try it for lunch. Auto-immune friendly.
2x under cut beef steaks
A handful of frozen broccoli or fresh.
1/4 cup of frozen peas.
2 capfuls of balsamic vinegar
A few splashes of Worcestershire sauce. (Lea and Perrins if available.)
1/2 tsp pink salt.
1/2 tsp black pepper.
1/2 tsp white pepper.
1/2 tsp cumin powder.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
1/4 tsp ginger powder.
2 tbsps sesame oil.
1/2 tsp of Desi-Ghee.
Wash the steaks and chop into small pieces. In a wok, heat the sesame oil. After a minute, add the chopped steaks. Now stir-fry. Add the ghee. The meat will release some water. Keep stir-frying the meat till it changes colour. About 6 mins. Now add all the spices. Your meals should be big on flavour. Especially protein and Vegetables. You won’t miss grains at all. Stir-fry for 40 seconds. Add the broccoli and peas and stir-fry. Add the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir another 2 minutes. Most of the fat should have been used to now.
Enjoy in a bowl and feel satiated!
